By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking the service.

Service Delivery

Assessment services and reports will be delivered within the agreed-upon time frame.

Confidentiality

All student information and assessment results will be kept confidential and used only solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of assessment session must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate assessments, we are mindful that external factors may affect students’ performance during national exams. 

We have the students’ best interests at heart, and hence our predictions are also based on what’s best for the students. 

We predict specific exam grade (eg: A2 or AL3), with a deviation of one grade (eg: A1-B3 or AL2-AL4).

100% money back guarantee (within one month after release of national results) if student score beyond the grade range. 

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. 

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the assessment and consultancy sessions are the intellectual property of Chanel Mathematics and are for personal use only.

Redistribution or reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
