Due to the nature of assessment service, we do not offer returns or refunds once the service has been delivered.

We predict specific exam grade (eg: A2 or AL3), with a deviation of one grade (eg: A1-B3 or AL2-AL4).

3. Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues

If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

If technical issues arise on the client’s end, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but refunds will not be provided.
